SHIPPING

PREORDERED ITEMS: Preordered items are not on hand or in stock. We have to purchase the item from our supplier, get it shipped to us first, and then it will be shipped out to you. The processing time for preordered items takes 10-21 business days (Monday-Friday). You will receive an email with your tracking number once we receive your order on hand. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately. ON HAND ITEMS: On hand items are already in stock. They are shipped out to you the next day after purchasing and takes 2-5 days to be delivered. We ship using USPS. Once your package leaves our possession, we are no longer responsible for it. If anything happens to your package, you will need to contact USPS. Please make sure that your address is correct, we are not responsible for any packages sent to the incorrect address. Please keep in mind that delays do sometimes happen and that is out of our control. In the rare event of a delay, we will notify you by email.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

We are not affiliated with any of the brands we sell. The items we sell are high quality replicas. By shopping with us, you're agreeing to all of our policies. If you file a dispute after receiving your order, that is considered chargeback fraud. We will report you to your local authorities and you will be banned from shopping again.
Refunds or cancellations are not allowed if it has been more than 24 hours since you've ordered because your order has already started processing. We will only refund you if there was a mistake on our end. Also, we do not offer returns or exchanges so please make sure that you read the description of each item and order the correct size. If you notice that you have entered the wrong information or misspelled something, please contact us as soon as possible so we can fix it.
